Explanations on student certificates

Our agency applies the student rate at the time of booking, provided that you certify on your honor that you have a valid document accepted by the authorities. After booking, you commit to sending us a copy of the document as soon as possible. Any missing, invalid, expired, or simply refused document will automatically result in the application of the adult rate.

Description

The government offers discounts for students, and we do the same. However, the government (Ministry of Culture) only provides these discounts to holders of national student cards that meet specific criteria. Simply being a student or having any type of document is not sufficient to receive the discount: the card must be accepted by the government, which carefully examines it. Our agency does not decide whether a card is valid or not, nor whether we apply a discount: we strictly follow the instructions of the Ministry of Culture. For this reason, we are committed to clearly explaining which cards are accepted and which are refused. Even if we would like to accept all cards, the final decision is made by the Ministry of Culture.

When booking online, you must certify that you have a valid document (see conditions below) so that we can apply the student rate. After booking, you must send us a copy of the front and back of your student card as soon as possible. Our agency cannot book at the student rate without providing the document to the authorities, who will decide its validity. We have no influence over this decision. If the copy is not sent on time or is rejected, we will automatically apply the adult rate. Additionally, you will need to present the same physical document on the day of service. By booking, you commit to accepting these conditions, sending us a copy of the card after booking, and presenting the original document on the day of service.
